The Services are operated by Arcseed, an independent software studio based in Korea.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Services. You may not attempt to disrupt, compromise, or reverse engineer any part of the Services unless expressly permitted.

All content, software, branding, and design elements provided through the Services are owned by Arcseed or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes.

No part of the Services may be copied, modified, distributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

The Services may rely on or reference third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcseed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
